 To
meet the needs from the market, Harmo has steadily increased
sales of side entry robot SH-400 (2-axis servo) and SH-400C
(2-axis air) for 15 tons or less of presses, as well as SH-700
(2-axis servo) for 15 to 50 tons of presses, to remove precision
molded parts.
Now, Harmo has added 4-axis servo driven robots for 3-plate
mold, SH-400G (15 tons or less) and SH-700G (15 to 50 tons)
to the line. The entry stroke of SH-400G is 400mm in both the
arms (up to 520 mm stroke optionally available); that of SH-700G
is 750 mm. For removal from 3-plate mold, parts must have been
removed by SH-400 or SH-700 robot; sprues by a sprue picker
such as EX-15 robot in the conventional lineup. Now, only a
single robot can take out parts and sprues simultaneously. SH-400G
and SH-700G are available in servo type only. SH-700G is priced
at 3.3 million yen (except tax).
