Enhanced Rigidity The robot body is designed with a concept "compact & strong", more compact than our predecessors by reducing overall height and frame thickness, drastically enhanced in rigidity for each axis. For example, the main arm of 150G model is 130% stronger. More rigid are the main arm, the sub arm, the kick frame, and the traverse frame. Especially, the kick frame of single support type is superior in rigidity to that of double support type of our conventional robots. Ultraslim Wrist Flip Unit Thin wrist flip unit remarkably reduces the minimum distance between the main arm and sub arm for molding machine of short mold opening stroke. Other Improvements The sprue gripper of the sub arm has twice longer slide over the traditional robots. The controller on body eliminates the footprint. Clean room compatible cable track and particulate collecting covers are available as standard for clean room applications. back
